This was a good performance in many ways - the lads had the better of the first half, restricting Napoli to very few clear chances at goal, but at the same time we created very little ourselves.
Napoli clearly came out with different heads on for the second half, and were far more imposing. Whilst we played some decent football there was nothing going on in the final third, and inevitably Napoli got their goal.
We gifted them a second in injury time, but by then it was too late for them to get a third and knock us out.
A forgettable night then, but at least we're in the hat for the knockout stages. Finishing second in the group means a tie against another of Europe's elite clubs - We'll have to do better then last night.
