One of the most dominant starters of the 2000s, former Toronto Blue Jays and Philadelphia Phillies hurler Roy Halladay was elected to the Baseball Hall of Fame on Tuesday night. Sadly, Halladay never lived to revel in this incredible honor, as he passed away in November of 2017 in a plane crash in the Gulf of Mexico.
