The 24-year-old is having an excellent start to the season as he already scored four Premier League goals for the foxes and made two assists and helped the club to unbeaten start of the campaign.
Reports have suggested both Arsenal and Barcelona are considering the Algerian, However, Mahrez agent, Kamal Bengougam said that the player is happy at Leicester City.
"Riyad is very happy at Leicester and he just signed a new contract at the club last month," he told ESPN FC.
"Riyad is not thinking about the rumours and is focused on his season with Leicester and wants to continue his fine form."
Mahrez joined the Foxes in January 2014 from French side Le Havre for just £400,000 and since he has 11 goals and 10 assists in 56 appearances for Leicester City.
