The team has seen a massive increase in processing power and is currently returing an average of about 75 vital cancer research results per day - close to four times the amount it was returning previously. These result will be used by cancer researchers to attmept to identify targets for cancer treatment drugs.
The 50 new members who signed up to the team have helped push it past 36 years of combined processing time, and at a current rate of about 40 days processing time per day we should reach 40 years of processing time within a month.
So again, a big thank you to all who volunteered.
