Pascal Cygan has arrived - apparently

Reports in the Telegraph say that Lille have agreed to part with him for 5.5 million pounds, albeit there is no official word from the club yet.

28 year-old Cygan is being touted as a replacement for Tony Adams, although one wonders how a player of this age who has never represented his country can hope to fill the boots of a player of TA's stature.
