Henry is tired but upbeat

He cites tiredness as a big factor, sayng: "Obviously at the moment we are not playing well and we are paying for that. It doesn't mean we have to stop what we did before. And one thing I have to find really quickly is my fitness. That's the main thing. Usually I am running around, I'm lively. I am being honest when I say at Everton it was like I wasn't even on the pitch. Against Auxerre it was the same."

"We started to play only because we had some pride and when we were 2-0 down. But it was more like anger than the way we always play. At the moment, myself and some players feel exhausted. Just look at all the players on international duty and see how they performed at the weekend. It is a fact."

Looking ahead to the weekend's game against Blackburn he says:

" Now on Saturday, against Blackburn, we face a really important game. Some people are talking about a crisis, but I would say that many people would like to be in the same position as us at the moment. We are second in the league, one point behind Liverpool and five ahead of Manchester United, and we are top of our Champions League group with the last game at home, so we have plenty of chances in our hands."
