So how has the experience of Ashburton Grove been for you then?
Chelsea come to visit us on Sunday and the questions on the agenda are: Will Cole play or will he bottle it? Can we deny the Chelsea fans a victory thereby possibly dethroning them? Will the sun be out a la May in Highbury?
Like last week, we're the only match on Sunday. All eyes on The Arsenal as we take on the plastics and extreme right wing hordes from SW6. As you may have already heard, we have a bumper agenda at The Rocket for this day so here's what's on:
- a subsidised barbeque in the beer garden
- guest speakers Tom Watt and Peter Marinello (TBC for obvious reasons!) who'll have his biography available
- the Away Boyz performing live featuring Kayleigh in her Ug boots
After the Chelsea game, we'll be featuring:
- a live DJ set from Frosty
- the wonderment that is Paul G Lawrence performing acoustically
- raffle and auction with exclusive signed items from players past and present (including Cesc, Arsene and Bob Wilson)
There may also be other ex-players in attendance to share a drink with us but as it's the busiest time of the year for them, they haven't confirmed. Could be very interesting though! Entry is free although we ask for a discretionary contribution on the door for our charity of the season, The Willow Foundation.
