Carling Cup RedSection report

Last updated : 10 November 2004 By Ben Dimech
The result was a resounding success and feedback received by RedAction via the e-mail address, word of mouth and AWIMB has been staggering. The boys really got the crowd going early in the game after going a goal down and the immediate response of vocal encouragement woke the lads up!

To see such passion and enthusiasm from 216 Arsenal fans for a relatively meaningless game was fantastic and with this in mind, we're looking to possibly repeat the experiment for the quarter final. The draw's tonight and there's a 50/50 chance we'll be at Highbury as our reserves edge closer to Cardiff.

Thanks for taking part in the section if you were there. If you weren't, you may well be kicking yourself having heard how well it went from those at Highbury last night. A truly magical N5 night and we hope to get another one soon so if we get drawn at home for the next round and you want to join us, check here for confirmation and get your place early as our last allocation sold out before match day!

Thanks for your support.
