The article states - and this is the funny bit, that Barca do not make the deal public until Arsenal secure a replacement. Hmmm.
The piece confirms that Arsenal were after 30 million Euros, while Barca only offered 25 million.
Diario AS are also running the story as a done deal and claim him to be the new Eto'o, something I disagree with. El Mundo Deportivo, a mouthpiece for Barca claim that while the deal is nearly done there is a problem, that being that Ken Friar has been entertaining Milan who were in town when Ingla, one of Barca's people turned up.
Another rag claims that Ade would move for more money and that Hleb could also end up in Barca.
In any case, I think that while Ade was good, he wasn't great, so this kind of money is good value for Arsenal. Somehow I think that Arsenal have an ace up their sleeve with regards to a replacement.
