In 2005/06, Arsenal will mark their final campaign at Highbury by wearing a special kit featuring ‘redcurrant' shirts that replicate the ones they wore for their first ever season at the ground in 1913.
This new image of the shirt, modelled by Thierry Henry, shows the shirt will also have the words 'Highbury 1913 - 2006' in gold embroidery.
The shirts and shorts are made from a stretch woven lightweight fabric, with offset shoulder seams and extra stretch panels on the sleeves and collar of the shirt to provide comfort and easy freedom of movement.
To aid temperature regulation and prevent heat build-up for players, mesh vent sections are placed in key areas on the kit - underarms, collar and back neck on the shirt, gusset on the shorts and top of the foot and back calf on the socks.
The kit is available in all Club outlets and Arsenal Home Shopping (020 8342 5858) from June 22.
